To succeed in today's competitive environment, a good marketer must learn to think like a consumer. This practical course is designed to help managers think like consumers and use what they know about consumer markets to make better marketing decisions. Discover how cultural, social, personal, economic, and psychological factors influence buyer behavior. Understand how consumers are motivated to make decisions based on beliefs, perceptions, attitudes, and organizational dynamics and learn how to analyze and predict consumer response in today's traditional and online marketplace.
