Learn to develop a work-breakdown structure, create schedules and record baseline planning data, collect and document actual data, and generate status reports. Experiment with Gantt charts, network diagrams, calendar views, and resource graphs and sheets. Review options for entering planning data and optimizing schedules. Perform variance analyses, create reports, and customize views.
