Continuing Education: Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations

Writing for bottom-line results is critical in the world of public relations. Learn how to navigate complex client requirements and technical product information while generating clear, persuasive copy. Participants receive valuable hands-on experience through weekly exercises, writing news releases, pitch letters, fact sheets, backgrounders, and bios. These assignments are then given constructive critical evaluation. Students also plan and write a complete press kit. Prior knowledge of basic public relations is recommended.

Students must have a solid command of the English language and grammar.
