This intensive five-day seminar, which mirrors major bank credit training programs, targets junior banking officers as well as those in the financial services industry seeking to improve their credit skills. It provides a disciplined framework for credit analysis and encourages clear and concise oral and written skills using a case study approach. Topics include analysis of short- and long-term credit products; business and industry risks and management; and comprehensive analysis of income statements, cash flow, and balance sheets. Financial covenants and other documentary issues are examined.Familiarity with financial accounting and statement analysis is recommended.
