Learn the principles of estimating and the purposes and aspects of each type of estimating method. Topics include factors that affect each estimating method, contractor mark-ups, general conditions, escalation, contingency; and risk. Evaluation of change orders and the impacts of quantity and changes in working conditions are also discussed.
AIA/HSW-6 hours. PDH-6 hours.
