Topics include the evolution of the facility management profession; common organizational models; impacts of globalization and technology on corporate culture and management; the greening of real estate; portfolio and asset management tools; financial forecasting; macro level forecasting; capital and operating budgets; life cycle costing, and planning, programming and budgeting.
