If you have previously studied Spanish and want to review the basics, or if you have a strong knowledge of a cognate language, this is the course for you. This is a fast-paced course that packs the material for two levels in the time for one. Be prepared to devote some time to homework. The course is conducted in the target language. The textbook employed in this class is Dos mundos (7th Edition, 2010).

Counts as one course toward the certificate.
