Expand your food and beverage IQ in this practical, hands-on course. Meeting planners learn to create successful themed events by anticipating everything they need. Beginning with careful menu planning and wine selection, discuss proper room set-up and service options. Analyze the goals of an event to tailor cuisine, entice the palate, and develop a theme to accommodate those attending. Cost-cutting measures and guidelines for a variety of events and budget sizes are covered.
