Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, each student should be able to:
- Analyze the sources and uses of capital in this industry.
- Compare ownership structures, capital markets, and taxation strategies and their impact on finance in the business of sports.
- Analyze comprehensive and detailed financial statements to make informed business decisions.
- Interpret a range of financial ratios to make informed business decisions.
- Assess business entities overall short and long term financial positions.
