Fiction Tutorial

Continuing Education: Writing and Speech

Have you ever wanted an editor to read your work and give you feedback? Taught by a published author and veteran writing teacher, this tutorial is open to writers of novels and short stories who are confident in their ability to work independently. Students meet individually with the instructor for five one-hour sessions and receive editorial guidance and objective criticism on up to 150 manuscript pages (double-spaced, 12-point type). To apply, e-mail five pages (double-spaced, 12-point type) by February 1, 2012 to scps.fictiontutorial@nyu.edu.

Please include your phone number and e-mail address. You will be notified several days after the deadline. If accepted, your space is reserved for one week. Admission by permission of the instructor.
