Nonfiction Tutorial

Continuing Education: Writing and Speech

Taught by a published author and veteran writing teacher, this tutorial is open to nonfiction writers who are sure of their ability to work independently. Students meet individually with the instructor for five sessions of one hour each to have their work read carefully, then receive editorial guidance, objective criticism, and if necessary, instruction in the fundamentals of nonfiction writing. Maximum of 150 manuscript pages (double-spaced, 12-point type). E-mail five manuscript pages by February 4, 2012 to scps.nonfictiontutorial@nyu.edu.

Please include your phone number and e-mail address. You will be notified several days after the deadline. If accepted, your space is reserved for one week. Admission by permission of the instructor.
