Transportation, in one form or another, is all around us. In this course, explore its history--from concept and design to development. Journey through some of the most dynamic designs and structures in New York City. Learn about the waterfront, the streets and street signage, the Els and the rest of the subway system, highways, airports, and more. Also explore the fascinating subject of the dreaded subway quiz and the mapping of the subway.
