Examine what the arts manager must know about arts and the business of arts marketing. Learn how to recognize marketing opportunities, determine appropriate strategies, and identify target audiences. We discuss pricing options, subscriptions, and individual sales; membership campaigns; promotion techniques; public information; and how to generate income from sales, rentals, and other sources. Case studies and guest speakers aid in analyzing and developing marketing strategies.
