They are an important source of income, a critical element in individual donor prospecting and cultivation, and essential to promoting nonprofit organizations. Explore all facets of how to design and manage successful events. Topics include volunteer leadership, committee formation, vendor relations, budgeting, timelines, journal production, maximizing the visibility and marketing value of an event, underwriting, strategic seating, and achieving the appropriate sense of style for different organizations.
