Through the examination of several specific collecting categories, both historically and in the context of the current global economy, this course addresses questions about the future of the art market. What factors affect today's market trends? Where is the market headed? Issues of art loss and restitution, national patrimony, and increasing worldwide wealth are also examined.

 

This course is for anyone currently working in or aspiring to work in the art market, whether art dealers or professional advisors.
