Students build their Norwegian vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar skills within a cultural context through this beginner course. By the term's end, you are able to hold simple conversations in Norwegian. Classes are held at Scandinavia House (58 Park Avenue between 37 and 38 Streets), enhancing the cultural aspects of learning a Scandinavian language.
Required textbooks are listed according to course number and are available at Shakespeare and Co., 716 Broadway at Washington Place.
