Continuing Education:
Foreign Languages, Translation, and Interpreting
This course introduces students to the art of subtitling films and videos using different software. Every step of the process is covered:transcribing a script, translating it, creating subtitles, and matching them with the video footage. This course is open to students in all language pairs and focuses on technical aspects of subtitling. Basic video editing skills are helpful but not required.
