Continuing Education:
Film, Video and Broadcasting
Are you a theatrically trained actor or someone new to the performing arts, looking to try acting for the screen? Build your confidence working in front of the camera by learning how to prepare, relax, and improvise -- and make your audition memorable. Consider character development, location of the character in a scene, and audition etiquette. Whether aiming to do drama, comedy, or journalism, weekly exercises develop skills in playing to the camera, preparing scenes, and fine-tuning blocking. Consider life as an aspiring actor, learn how to self-market with a compelling headshot, and network to get auditions--and land a role.
