On this special evening at The James Beard House, join chef/owners, Caleb Barber and Diedre Heekin of Osteria Pane e Salute, Woodstock, VT. This culinary couple's honeymoon in Italy turned into a lifelong love affair with Italian cuisine, inspiring personal renditions of great traditional dishes. Unusual and small-production Italian wines are paired with the Osetria's delectable specialties. As in the previous Beard House event (X37.9001), the house tour is conducted by The James Beard House education director, Diane Harris Brown, and dinner is held in the private and exclusive Beard Board Room.
