Designed for human resource professionals, supervisors, and managers, this course delves into job-analysis techniques for the purpose of writing a job description from that analysis, as well as job-description evaluation within a salary hierarchy. Emphasis is on practicing the various techniques discussed in lectures and applied through class projects and a term project.
