In this course, business owners and managers acquire practical tools they can utilize immediately to analyze their industry and competitive environment; uncover growth opportunities; and identify, build, and leverage competitive advantages. Thet also learn how to avoid common--and potentially fatal--strategic planning pitfalls and how to align financial metrics and organizational structure with strategy in order to maximize the organization's chances for success.
