In this introductory course, entrepreneurs get an overview of key issues for planning a start-up business--whether it's Web-based or traditional, sales- or service-oriented. Topics cover general business operations, including staffing, purchasing, and insurance; legal forms of ownership; capital requirements; financing sources; and marketing techniques. Learn how to integrate finance, marketing, and operations to help you determine where your business is going and how to accelerate growth.
