Leadership and Human Capital Management
This course is required for those who wish to earn a Certificate in Coaching. After taking a Skills and Practices course, all participants are expected to coach clients under the guidance of a faculty member via this practicum. Upon completion, participants may take Master Class in Coaching/X49.9803 and obtain the Certificate in Coaching.
Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: Foundations of Coaching I/X49.9800, II/X49.9801, and a Skills and Practices course.
