"Transition coaches" help clients discover their true motivations which allow those being coached to achieve proactive, powerful goals that tap into their passions, priorities and talents. Coaching through transitions will allow participants to coach clients to become successful through the following: identifying their "ideal" income position (personal enjoyment + compensation); exploring their ability to become successful entrepreneurs; achieving life balance, and approaching a successful transition into a satisfying and secure retirement. In this course, transition coaches learn to be supportive partners in helping their clients unleash the power within themselves to accomplish more than they ever thought possible.
