Coach career-focused clients on how to take control of their work lives. This course offers an overview of strategies, tools, and resources for navigating difficult career issues and dilemmas--from exploring occupations to charting radical change. Help clients clarify career goals through self-exploration, identify important resources, explore career alternatives, achieve better work/life balance, outline a strategic job search campaign, and deal with the challenges of starting a business. Assist clients in developing a proactive career strategy that reflects their passions, values, skills, and practical needs, and learn ways to coach them on common workplace issues.
