Help clients clarify career goals through self exploration, identifying important resources, exploring career alternatives, achieving better work and life balance, outlining a strategic job search campaign, and addressing the challenges of starting a business. Assist clients in developing a proactive career strategy that reflects their passions, values, skills, and practical needs, and learn ways to coach them on common workplace issues.
