This course teaches marketers how to read and access their business data and write simple SAS programs to solve common marketing questions. Participants practice running and debugging those programs in an interactive SAS session. The course highlights reading marketing data, creating simple marketing and summary reports, and defining new business metrics. Upon completion of this course, you are able to navigate in the SAS environment, create simple customer segmentations, and generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes. In addition, you learn to create new variables, define conditional logic, program DO loops, and run simple summary and frequency reports.
