Learn to read and access business data and write simple SAS programs to solve common marketing questions. Participants practice running and debugging those programs in an interactive SAS session. The course conveys how to read marketing data, create simple marketing and summary reports, and define new business metrics. Learn to navigate in the SAS environment, create simple customer segmentations, generate insightful reports for decision-making purpose, as well as create new variables, define conditional logic, program DO loops, and run simple summary and frequency reports.
