Effectively communicating with investors about growth initiatives that drive long-term value is key to successful investor relations. This capstone course considers a range of topics, including what drives shareholder value, the role of the investor relations function, and how to structure an effective IR program. We also discuss how technological advances and regulatory changes affect information gathering, analysis, and communication. Students complete an integrative project decided upon through consultation with the instructor.
Those working toward the certificate should take this course last.
