Examine the cause-and-effect relationships that exist among the stock, bond, currency, and commodity markets. An analytic framework is developed utilizing fundamental and technical analysis methods. This course reviews economic indicators, Federal Reserve Board activities, the basics of yield curve analysis, currency trading, option strategies, and computerized trend-following methods. Specific investments and trading plans are presented, based on current intermarket trends and market activity.
