In this continuation of Fundamentals of Corporate Finance, you gain an advanced in-depth understanding of the corporate financing function. Topics include corporate financing and market efficiency; how corporations issue securities; debt policy; dividend policy; financial statement analysis; financial planning; working capital management; short-term planning; cash and inventory management; credit management and bankruptcy; mergers, acquisitions, and corporate control; international financial management; and options and risk management.
