Discuss long-term care issues including planning for the homestead, protecting jointly held assets, annuities, pension-related assets and IRAs, long-term care insurance, power of attorney and guardianship, crisis planning, planning for individuals and spouses, and Medicaid liens and recoveries. Explore supplemental needs trusts, credit shelter trusts, marital deduction trusts, qualified domestic trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and others.
