This hands-on course demonstrates how to diagnose and correct project management problems quickly and accurately. Participants evaluate case studies and examine actual projects taken from their workplace--focusing on planning, triage, and a structured methodology to identify problems and implement corrective action measures step-by-step. By employing the methods used in this course, project managers can avoid wasting time, effort, and resources.
