Gain a thorough understanding of Internetworking principles, connecting and managing an integrated network system from LAN to WAN. Learn how basic networking components work and how they are put together to implement a system by following simple design guidelines, including Cisco's campus architectures, which are used throughout the industry. Learn the fundamentals of the Open System Interconnection model and master the basics of computer networking, including contemporary network services, transmission media, protocols, client-server interaction, emerging networking trends and technologies, and security and privacy topics.
