Learn contemporary techniques for creating professional-looking and maintainable sites using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to separate content from presentation. Participants learn how to create semantic XHTML markup and develop robust, cross-platform CSS for design, formatting, and layout, simplifying maintenance and giving sites a consistent appearance that meets accessibility guidelines. The use of XML and XSLT is also outlined.
