Study is supplemented with an in-depth review of financial malfeasance, from the savings and loan crisis and Enron and WorldCom to the crises facing financial institutions in today's turbulent economic landscape. Emphasis is on "red flags" to be aware of in transactional practice, ethical concerns, drafting considerations, and discovery opportunities. This course is designed for attorneys.
