If you are a business executive, it is critical to develop an understanding of how to read and understand the nuances of financial statements from a user's perspective. In this course, gain intimate knowledge of the implications of the independent auditor's report and how it interacts with management's financial statements. Examine actual annual reports, including the role of footnotes and management discussion and analysis. At the conclusion of the session, students are able to read and analyze the financial reporting of public companies.
