How are international disputes resolved? Gain practical knowledge to facilitate international commercial transactions. Through case studies, learn potential risks and legal problems. Topics include formation of international sales contracts, the documentary sale and terms of trade, letters of credit, U.S. regulation of imports and exports, the carriage of goods and the liability of air and sea carriers, GATT law and the World Trade Organization, and the European Union and other regional trade areas.
