Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) prosecutions are on the rise. In recent years, the Department of Justice and other investigators have dramatically increased their expenditure of resources in this area. This course provides the tools to understand the Act, to develop and implement internal reporting and oversight structures to prevent violations, and to respond in the event of a government investigation. Special emphasis is given to new and emerging areas in which prosecutions are occurring and are likely to occur.
