Continuing Education: Real Estate

 

Learn the process of analyzing historic trends and existing data to assess both current and future market conditions that impact real estate decisions. Economic base analysis is introduced and used throughout the course. Topics include supply and demand, site feasibility, market dynamics and pricing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Central Place Theory (CPT).

 

NYCEM-22.5 hours.

Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI-101)/X62.9801.

An HP 10b financial calculator and a laptop computer with CD-ROM and Excel 97 or higher software are required. Course materials provided.
