Learn the techniques and strategies for successful management of commercial buildings, this course analyzes both the financial and physical management functions. Topics include various forms of real estate ownership, management agreements, budgeting and financial reports, standard operating procedures, marketing and leasing service contracts, insurance, plant and energy management, security and emergency procedures, and tenant labor and employee relations.
