Managing commercial properties and facilities requires a working knowledge of all aspects of building systems, maintenance and repair. This course covers electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, energy management, emergency management, and vertical transportation.
It is strongly recommended that you also take Managing Building Systems and Maintenance I/X63.9028 to gain a full understanding of building systems. Parts I and II may be taken concurrently.
