Learn how to create an operating budget on a cash basis and a capital budget. Topics include profit and loss statement analysis, balance sheets, arrears reports, vacancy reports, and collections reports; a review of miscellaneous income and tenant charges for services not included in the lease; calculating a lease commission; and understanding components of Net Operating Income (NOI) and cash flow.
