Learn a practical step-by-step approach to estimating residential high-rise and commercial interior construction projects and renovation projects. Topics include demolition, drywall, carpentry, light steel, doors, windows, glass, finish ceilings, finish flooring, cabinetry, paints and coatings, finishing trades, and an overview of mechanical and electrical estimating.
Prerequisites:
Prerequisite: Fundamentals of Construction Documents/X63.9358 or the ability to interpret construction drawings and plans.
