This introductory course is designed for both construction and real estate professionals, and provides a technical overview of commercial building systems, including design principles, choice and selection, installation, and operating costs. Topics include water and plumbing systems; fire protection and fire alarm systems; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; electrical systems; telecommunications; security systems; and elevators and escalators.
AIA/HSW-24 hours. PDH-24 hours.
