Topics include project budget development and management; cost estimating and scheduling; cost allocation; direct and indirect costs; overhead; risk and contingency; change orders; dispute resolution; financial evaluation techniques and earned value analysis, including cost-to-complete, percent complete, cost at completion and variance; and pre-construction services for budget management.
