Topics include an overview of participants; bidding and contract formation; typical construction contracts and conditions; subcontracts; architects and engineers; privity of contracts; defaults/termination; changed conditions; changes/extra work; lien law; surety bonds; fraud, duress, and mistakes; delays; and alternative dispute resolution.
