A successful conference or meeting is preceded by the accomplishment of numerous well-planned and predetermined tasks, and by a solid understanding of the critical elements that must be considered in the planning process. Planners learn the importance of establishing clear meeting objectives and how to apply the principles of adult learning to program development. This course outlines how to create meeting goals, negotiate with suppliers, register participants, and manage on-site tasks.
