Learn industry-specific terms and develop the skills needed to be a successful team member at any hotel. Topics include room division, food and beverage services, facilities management, sales and marketing, human resources, and information systems. Learn business communication skills and etiquette essential to hotels.
Attendance at first class is required to receive course outline and off-site class schedule.
