Improve your training skills, learn to communicate more effectively, and establish professional training credibility in this foundations course in training principles. Explore the basics of training and adult learning theory, the history of training, major training models, and the current terrain of workplace learning and performance. Upon completion of this course, students understand a basic training plan and have the fundamental skills to design an organizational needs analysis and create instructional methods and materials.
This course is required for all students pursuing the Certificate in Training.
